What to include

• The AWS region and the name of your SurveyCX CloudFormation stack.
• What you expected and what happened, with the time it happened.
• For a specific contact, its contact id and the time. Please do not send customer answers or contact details.

Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed by AWS Marketplace per completed survey response. Cancel at any time from your AWS Marketplace subscriptions page. Deleting the CloudFormation stack removes SurveyCX and all of its data from your account.
