First release. Post-contact surveys on the IVR, in chat, by SMS and email, with results by agent, queue and driver, a follow-up Task on every low score, and a feed into Arena.

  • Survey builder: rating 1-5, NPS 0-10, effort 1-7, yes/no, multiple choice and free text; up to ten questions; one survey per queue or contact attribute; sampling; a skip rule so an open question is asked only after a low score; per-question agent-attributable flag. A flow that has already decided sets the contact attribute surveycx to skip, or to a survey id.
  • Voice and chat: a flow module runs the survey in the disconnect flow; callers answer on the keypad, chat customers reply in the chat.
  • SMS and email invitations with a hosted web survey, one-click rating in the email, a frequency cap, a daytime send window that follows the customer's time zone when their number reveals it, one optional reminder, STOP handling and a hashed suppression list.
  • Closed loop: a low score opens an Amazon Connect Task with the answers and a link to the contact; scores are written back as contact attributes; an EventBridge event per response.
  • Results page: CSAT, NPS, effort and completion by agent, queue, driver, channel and day, with the previous period for comparison, every response with its comment, CSV export. Agents see their own results.
  • Arena feed: each agent-attributable score is sent to Arena for Amazon Connect as a survey score.
  • API for other applications: ingest keys report contacts, request survey links to deliver in your own chat widget or app, read the survey definitions and post answers; data keys read responses and the aggregate report; signed webhooks per completed response. Documented in the API reference.
  • Privacy: responses expire after the retention you set; delete everything about a customer or a contact from the console. Public routes are rate-limited.
  • Sign-ins: `sync-users.js` creates supervisor and agent accounts from the Connect directory in one command.
  • AWS Marketplace: billed per completed response, 30-day trial with up to 500 responses a day free.
